Transaction Tracking:
Every time fuel is dispensed out of one of your tanks the Fleet Sentry creates a “Transaction” record providing:
- Date/Time of transaction.
- Location of Transaction – See this transaction on a map.
- Driver ID – Person performing this transaction.
- Vehicle/Unit ID – Vehicle/Unit to which the fuel was dispensed.
- Odometer/Hour Meter – Provides MPG or HPG (for off-road) tracking/reporting.
- Fuel Type – Type of fuel dispensed (Diesel/Unleaded, etc.).
- Gallons – Number of gallons dispensed.
- Job ID – For job costing – Optionally capture the Job ID for which this fuel is being used.
- User Definable Fields – Provides additional data capture that you can customize and define.
- Pre and Post Tank Levels – Shows the tank level before and after the transaction.
