Fuel Management for Mobile Operations
The Spartan Sentry Mobile is a 12V DC fuel management system purpose-built for fuel trucks, wet-hose fueling, mobile fueling trailers, and jobbers. It controls up to 2 pumps and connects via cellular — no Wi-Fi required.
Spartan Sentry Mobile™ adds automated fuel management to the fueling operation you already have. It is designed to integrate into existing fueling workflows rather than requiring distributors to rebuild their operation around a new proprietary ecosystem.

The driver opens the Spartan Shield app on their smartphone.
Selects the unit, Sentry, and tank
The driver selects the unit being fueled, the Sentry, and the tank. Unit selection can also be sped up with optional QR code scanning.
Enters odometer or engine hours
The driver enters the required vehicle or equipment information, such as odometer or engine hours, and taps Proceed.
Reviews and authorizes
The driver reviews the transaction details on the confirmation screen and authorizes the fueling transaction. The pump turns on and fueling can begin.
Fuel is dispensed and tracked
During fueling, Spartan Shield and the Sentry track the transaction — including the unit, fuel type, gallons dispensed, Sentry, tank, and related fueling information.
Transaction complete — receipt shown
When fueling is complete, the driver stops the transaction and is shown a receipt with gallons pumped, the unit fueled, fuel type, Sentry used, tank used, and the completion date and time. The driver can then select Done or start a New Transaction. The completed transaction synchronizes to the Fleet Spartan Customer Portal over cellular.

Drivers use the Spartan Shield app to select fueling information, authorize the transaction, monitor active pumping, and confirm the completed delivery — all from their smartphone.
Every transaction is tied to the authorizing driver. Transactions synchronize with the Fleet Spartan Customer Portal over cellular connectivity. If service is temporarily unavailable, transactions are stored locally and automatically synchronized when connectivity returns.
