What is the Spartan Sentry Quattro?
The Spartan Sentry Quattro is Fleet Spartan's primary stationary fuel management platform. It is AC powered, controls up to 4 pumps, and connects to the Fleet Spartan Customer Portal via cellular connectivity. It includes controller backup power (which keeps the Sentry controller online during a power interruption — it does not power the connected pump or dispenser) and manual pump override capability.
What is the difference between the Quattro App Authorization and Touchscreen configurations?
Both are the same Quattro platform. The App Authorization configuration uses the Spartan Shield mobile app for driver authorization. The Touchscreen configuration adds a high-resolution touchscreen to the unit, allowing drivers to authorize directly at the Sentry without a phone. Spartan Shield can still be used with the touchscreen configuration if desired.
What is the Spartan Sentry Mobile?
The Spartan Sentry Mobile is a 12V DC fuel management system designed for fuel trucks, wet-hose fueling, mobile fueling trailers, jobbers, and other mobile fueling applications. It controls up to 2 pumps and connects via cellular.
What is the Spartan Sentry Beacon?
The Spartan Sentry Beacon is an add-on accessory — not a standalone system. It wirelessly extends pump control from a compatible Spartan Sentry to a remote pump or tank, eliminating the need for long-distance control wiring or trenching.
Does Fleet Spartan require Wi-Fi?
No. All Spartan Sentry systems connect via cellular connectivity. Wi-Fi is not required at the installation site.
Does Fleet Spartan sell tank monitors?
No. Fleet Spartan does not sell tank monitors. However, Fleet Spartan integrates with compatible third-party tank-monitoring systems including Otodata, SkyBitz, EcoGreen, and more.
How do I get pricing?

Is Fleet Spartan compatible with my existing pumps and dispensers?
Fleet Spartan is designed to integrate with existing fueling infrastructure, including both older and modern tanks, pumps, and dispensers. Add Fleet Spartan fuel management without replacing the fueling equipment you already use.
