Our Story
Fleet Spartan was founded in 2018 with a simple observation: fuel is one of the largest operating expenses for fleets and distributors, yet most organizations had little to no visibility into how it was being used. Manual fuel logs, honor-system dispensing, and after-the-fact reconciliation were leaving money on the table — and opening the door to theft and waste.
We set out to build a solution that was powerful enough for large fleet operations but practical enough for a small fuel distributor to get up and running quickly. The result is the Spartan Sentry platform — a complete fuel management ecosystem that combines hardware, software, and mobile apps into one seamless experience.
Today, Fleet Spartan serves fuel distributors, construction companies, agriculture operations, municipalities, and transportation fleets across North America.
