Government & Municipal Fleets
Connect fuel use with drivers, vehicles, gallons, times and locations. Modernize your existing powered fueling equipment with authorization and centralized reporting.
Common challenges
The accountability gap in public sector fueling
Paper logs are unreliable
Manual fueling logs are easy to skip, alter, or lose. They provide no real-time visibility and are difficult to audit.
No driver-level accountability
Without authorization controls, it's difficult to know which employee or vehicle received fuel at any given time.
Unauthorized fuel use
Open access to fuel yards creates opportunity for unauthorized fueling — by personnel, contractors, or outside parties.
Department reporting is manual
Producing fuel usage reports by department, vehicle class, or time period requires manual data collection and spreadsheet work.
Multi-site visibility
Without connected reporting, bringing fuel-usage records together across multiple sites can take extra work.
Odometer & hour tracking
Capturing odometer or hour readings at fueling requires a system — not a clipboard.
Authorization
Choose authorization for a shared fleet yard
Sentry Quattro requires authorization before dispensing fuel. Every Quattro includes an integrated touchscreen and supports Spartan Shield smartphone authorization. Drivers using the included touchscreen do not need a phone.
Transaction records connect driver, vehicle, time, location, and measured gallons. Odometer or hour readings can be included when entered in the configured workflow.
Fuel usage & reporting
Put fueling records to work
Use the Customer Portal to review who fueled, which vehicle received the fuel, how many gallons were dispensed, and when and where the transaction occurred.
Spartan Shield lets drivers authorize fueling over local Bluetooth without cellular service. The Sentry stores transactions locally during an outage and automatically synchronizes them when service returns, making the records available for Portal review.
